Baraja de los Muertos Privacy Policy
Effective 12 October 2026 · Last updated 12 October 2026
This policy covers Baraja de los Muertos, the Android game published by TotalDogWater Entertainment
(package com.totaldogwatergaming.baraja). The short version: your progress never leaves your
device, and the only things that collect data are the ad service and Google Play, which handles
purchases.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing. TotalDogWater Entertainment operates no servers for this game, has no accounts or sign-in, and runs no analytics. We never receive your progress, your device identifiers, or any personal information.
What is stored on your device
Your progress is saved to the app's own private storage using Android's standard preference store. That covers your run statistics, which decks and difficulty tiers you have unlocked, your collection of cards and relics, your achievements, your Daily Run streak, your Petal balance and the card frames and backs you own, your sound and language settings, and your answers to the ad consent question. It never leaves the device, we never see it, and uninstalling the game deletes it.
Advertising
Baraja de los Muertos never forces an ad on you. It has optional rewarded videos only: you see one only if you press the button for it, and it gives a free retry after a defeat, or 10 Petals after a run or in the Store. There are no full-screen ads between runs and no banner ads.
Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation service run by Unity Technologies, which fills them from other ad networks. To serve and measure those ads, LevelPlay and those networks collect information from your device. That typically includes your Android advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system version, and how the ad was displayed and interacted with. They may use it for interest-based advertising if you have agreed to that (see below) and have not limited ad tracking on your device. Unity and its partners, not TotalDogWater Entertainment, control that data and what is done with it. Unity's privacy policy is at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and turn off ad personalisation, in Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android.
Consent to personalised advertising
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, or the game cannot tell where you are, the game asks before any ad is requested whether the ads may use your advertising ID to pick ones meant for you. Your answer is stored on your device and passed to the ad service. You can change your mind at any time: open Options from the main menu and choose Privacy options. That button only appears where the question is asked. Saying no does not limit the game; the ads are just not chosen for you.
Purchases
The game offers in-app purchases (pouches of Petals). They are made through Google Play, which handles your payment details; we never see or store them. Google tells the game that a purchase went through. Google's privacy policy covers what it collects.
Network access
The game itself plays offline. The network is used only for ad requests and for Google Play purchases. Nothing else in the game sends or receives data.
Children
Baraja de los Muertos is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the game serves advertising, families should be aware that the ad service receives device information as described above. If you believe a child has provided information through the advertising in this game, contact us and we will help you raise it with Unity.
Your choices
You can reset or delete your advertising ID and turn off ad personalisation in your device settings at any time. No part of the game requires watching an ad or buying anything. Deleting the game from your device deletes everything the game has stored.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, the updated policy is posted at this address with a new date above.
