My progress disappeared

The game saves on your phone, not to an account online. Uninstalling the game, switching phones or clearing the app's storage removes it, and we can't get it back because we never receive a copy.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

There is no account or cloud save, so progress does not follow you. If Android's own backup is turned on it may carry the saved game across, but we can't promise that it will. Remove Ads and your level packs can be restored from the Store.

I bought something and did not get it

Open the Store and use Restore purchases for Remove Ads and level packs. Mari-Golds are consumable and can't be restored. If something is still missing, email us with the date, your phone model and the Google Play order number from your receipt. Refunds are handled by Google Play.

How do level packs work?

Levels 1 to 100 are free. Levels 101 to 1000 come in nine packs of 100, and each pack is a one-time purchase that you can buy once you have reached it. A pack you own stays yours, and you can restore it on a new phone.

What does Remove Ads do?

It turns off the banner and the full-screen ads between levels, for good, on your Google Play account. The optional rewarded videos stay, and you only see one if you tap it.

When do ads appear?

A small banner shows on the main menu. A full-screen ad can show between levels, never in your first three levels and no more than once every three minutes. Ads never appear in the middle of a level.

How do I change my ad choices?

In Europe, the UK and Switzerland, open the Store and tap Privacy options to see Google's consent message again. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings, Privacy, Ads. The privacy policy explains what the ad software collects.

I saw an inappropriate ad

Email us what the ad showed and roughly when you saw it, with a screenshot if you have one. Ads come from Google AdMob, and we can block types of ads in its settings.

How do I delete my data?

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to delete. To remove the game's saved progress, uninstall the game, or open Android Settings, Apps, Calaverita, Storage, and choose Clear storage.

Does it need the internet?

Only for ads and purchases. The game plays offline.

Which phones does it run on?

Android 7.0 or newer on a 64-bit ARM phone. It plays in portrait.

The game crashed, or something is broken

Close the game and open it again, and make sure the game and your phone are up to date. If it keeps happening, email us with your phone model, the version of the game and what you were doing.
